Dr. LeBar has served as the National Executive Director of CBAmerica since July 2004, after ten years as the Director of the Southwest Conservative Baptist Association. His experience includes over 25 years of local church ministries, and teaching positions at three Bible Colleges. From the ministry hub and national office in Longmont, CO, he serves, coordinates and resources the nine Associations of Regional CB churches, working closely with the Regional Directors who are bound together in accountable relationships. As the spokesman for the member Regions, he is passionate about unity, accountability, networking and the reproduction of healthy leaders and churches. Stephen and his wife, Cathy, were married August 20, 1965, and enjoy two married children and seven grandchildren.

Rev. Allen Russell,

Rev. Russell has pastored churches in Canada, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois. He served as a missionary with CB International in Hong Kong from 1972 - 1979. As the Pastor of Baptist Church, Peoria, IL from 1985 - 1992. In January 1993, he began as full-time director of Chaplaincy/Church Ministries at CBAmerica. He has served as senior pastor of Galilee Baptist church in Chicago from July 1996 to November 2000.
Rev. Russell served for over 21 years with the United States Army Reserves retiring in 2003 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Al and Carol Russell have been married since 1965, They have two married children and and five grandchildren.

 

Rev. Stan Rieb

Rev. Rieb has over 25 years of pastoral ministry experience having served churches in Castle Rock, Colorado; Chugwater, Powell and Rock Springs, Wyoming. He has served on the boards of the Rocky Mountain CBA and CBAmerica.
Stan and his wife, Heidi, have been married for nearly 35 years and have three married sons and six grandchildren.
