Mission Mid-Atlantic - April 28-30, 2008

Mid-Atlantic CBA again convened at the Sandy Cove Christian Conference Center, to adopt and celebrate a new identity…”A diverse fellowship of churches united by Biblical mission.”  Stephen LeBar spoke on “Our Biblical Mission,” Tyrone Perkins, pastor of Westside Bible Baptist Church in Trenton, NJ, addressed “Our Diverse Fellowship,” and Paul Matthewson, Associate Director, MACBA Suburban/Rural Church Planting, spoke on “What’s In a Name?” Director Jim Leary presented the “2020 Vision” for the Region. The new identity for the Region is “Mission Mid-Atlantic.” (Click here to read a press release regarding Mission Mid-Atlantic's new identity) This Region also has in place a Regional Covenant of Churches.
