CBAmerica's 501(c)3 IRSGroup Ruling

Most of the churches that are associated wih CBAmerica are covered under the 1965 IRS Group Ruling 1719. If a church does not have their own IRS ruling as to its tax exempt status, you are more than likely covered under the CBAmerica group ruling.

Their is not a Federal Tax Exempt number. If you are using a National Tax Exempt Number 36-xxxxx72, you have mistaken CBAmerica's Employer Identification Number (EIN) as a tax exempt number. Each church MUST have its own EIN number. You can apply for an EIN number online by going to this LINK.
